Yesterday Microsoft has released the new Update Rollup 5 for System Center 2012 R2. The products that received the updates are:
Data Protection Manager

Many improvements are implemented but the main focus was the support for SQL Server 2014 and integration with Azure world (OpsInsights, ASR, Backup). The idea is improve the entire suite with the next Update Rollup, before release of the new suite in late 2015/early 2016.
