Veeam Endpoint Backup is probably one of the most famous, and used, product into companies, not only because is free but also because there’s a big integration with Veeam Backup & Replication Repository.
With a big delay, from my first scheduling time, I released a System Center Operations Manager Management Pack for Veeam Endpoint Free. This is not the official MP but is a good staring point to keep undercontrol all of your clients and servers where Endpoint is installed. What you can do with MP?
- View computer state where Endpoint is installed
- View service state
- View the event log about Endpoint
I tested the MP with SCOM 2012 R2 and 2016 TP5, but should works also with SCOM 2012. If you want improve the Management Pack, send me an email with your idea.
